Sandra's fall chili recipe is always a hit, it features our fresh pork sausage and ground beef!

Ingredients
- (2 lbs) Fresh Pork Sausage (patty)
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (1 lg.) white onion-chopped
- (4 cloves) garlic - chopped
- (1) habanero chili pepper - chopped
- (2 quarts) canned tomatoes
- (24 oz.) beef broth
- (24 oz.) pinto beans
- (3) bay leaves
- (3 TBS) chili powder
- (2 tsp.) Cumin
- (1 tsp) salt
- (1 tsp) pepper
- (1 TBS) raw sugar
- (2 small cans) tomato paste
- dried oregano
Directions
Brown meat with onions, garlic, chili pepper
Add tomato paste once meat is brown
Add canned tomatoes and cook slowly
Add seasonings, broth and beans
Put in crock pot on low and cook for 2 hours
