Braised Pork Belly

Sandra's simple braised pork belly recipe! Serve with rice and side of vegetables.
  • Prep Time:



Rub slab of pork belly with Jay D's Spicy & Sweet BBQ Rub (or other rub)

Place in rectangle baking dish/pan skin side down

Bake at 325 degrees for 6 hours or until completely brown

Let cool and slice off skin

Cut into cubes/bite size pieces and serve
