We are super proud to be offering Louisiana raised Bison. These Bison were raised right here in Shreveport Louisiana on well managed pastures that have yielded some delicious high-quality protein. We are proud to have worked with the rancher, LDAF, and our sister company McCain Farms to process this local bison for our customers.
